Answers to those important questions!
1) All Vendor inquiries are processed through email.
Please send your business information, photos of your products and links to your website or social media to: cowgirlchristmas@gmail.com
Once approved to become a vendor, the application will be attached to your email for your convenience.
2) Cowgirl Christmas has landed in her final destination. We will be located at The Paso Robles Event Center(PREC) in the Adelaide & Estrella Buildings for the next 5 years. Please note we use 2 buildings at this venue.
The address is: 2198 Riverside Avenue, Paso Robles, CA 93446.
3) We charge an admission. It is $5/person over the age of 16. Children 15 & under are free to attend with parents. Any children left unattended will be given a puppy and an espresso (just kidding). Part of the proceeds are donated to local charities.
4) Parking on the street is free. PREC owns the right to charge for parking in their parking lot adjacent to PREC. They charge $5/car.
5) Food and drinks are provided by PREC and outside caterers. All food vendor inquiries must go through the PREC office. Cowgirl Christmas is not responsible for food vendors.
6) Camping is offered at PREC during the event. Please send an email to: CowgirlChristmas@gmail.com to request the camping application.
The cost is $50/night in LOT C.
7) Dogs are not allowed at PREC. We are sorry.
